before any tattoo begins, you'll sign a brief consent form—right before your appointment. it confirms that:
- you’re legally old enough (typically 18+) and have a valid ID.
- you’ve shared important health info (allergies, medications, skin conditions, etc.).
- you understand tattoo risks, permanence, and agree to follow aftercare directions.
this protects both of us and helps ensure your safety and satisfaction.
