customer consent

before any tattoo begins, you'll sign a brief consent form—right before your appointment. it confirms that:

  • you’re legally old enough (typically 18+) and have a valid ID.
  • you’ve shared important health info (allergies, medications, skin conditions, etc.).
  • you understand tattoo risks, permanence, and agree to follow aftercare directions.

this protects both of us and helps ensure your safety and satisfaction.

pricing & deposit policy

  • pricing depends on tattoo size, placement, and complexity—fair and transparent estimates are provided before booking.
  • a deposit is required to hold your slot. It’s non-refundable but applies toward your final cost.
  • rescheduling is allowed with at least 48 hours’ notice, and the deposit is transferred to your new appointment.
  • no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the deposit. A new deposit is required to rebook.

  • avoid sunburn or tanning on the tattoo spot—you need healthy skin for the best healing.
  • moisturise ahead of time, but don’t apply lotion on the day you get tattooed.
